WIN AN EXCLUSIVE TWO-WEEK SUMMER ACADEMY COURSE IN LONDON

STARTING ON JULY 18TH OR AUGUST 1ST 2016

 

The Summer Academy program will give you a unique insight into top-level global careers in hospitality and events management while offering you a taster of what our bachelor business degree students learn. It also includes a range of workshops, events, dining experiences and activities, plus excursions in London and nearby cities. This will culminate in an on-campus event that you will organize and host with your new international friends!

 

Learn and acquire skills in the following:

++ Restaurant concept and design

++ Food preparation and planning

++Working in a multicultural environment

++ Team work through group activities, projects and workshops

 

Gain knowledge in the following:

++ The key facts, figures and trends of the global hospitality industry

++ The key concepts of daily operations within the industry

++ The ever expanding and exciting event and entertainment industry

 

In order to win the prize of a free place on the Summer Academy course, the applicant must answer the following question in an essay or in a video and send it back to david.dand@laureate.ch by February 1st 2016. The panel will announce the winner on February 15th 2016 who will be personally notified.
